Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Moshiul draft new IQ check for reasonable C_comp for high speed
  - TBD

- Mike post 1.1ak IQ spec with deletions processed and renumbered
  - Done

- Mike propose IBISCHK bug for 5.5.6
  - This has been drafted.
  - Still not sure if it should be proposed.
  - This check is now 5.5.3 in the renumbered 1.1ak version.
  - Mike: Maybe this could be dropped
    - Bob: This is a good check

New items:

Mike noticed that the 1.1ak table of contents had not been updated.

- AR: Mike regenerate the TOC in 1.1ak

Continued review of the IQ specification:

Mike: Some checks in section 2 say they should move to section 6:
- David: Is section 7 what used to be section 6?
  - Yes
- David: For section 6 we want checks that are advisory, but do not affect
  the IQ score

2.3.	{LEVEL 2}  [File Name] is correct
 - IBISCHK checks this
 - We decided to delete this check

David: We could make section 2 checks required for achieving LEVEL 1
- Mike: It is cleaner to have LEVEL 1 totally automatic
- Pavani: These are manual model maker checks

1.4.	IBIS Quality summary as comments in file
- This strictly requires each check to be embedded as comments.
- Pavani: The whole checklist is now in a separate file, not in IBIS.

AR: Pavani rewrite 1.4 to allow IQ summary in separate file or in IBIS

6.2.	{LEVEL 2} First/last point of waveforms equal to V_fixture values
- Bob: IBISCHK covers this
  - This does not apply to all buffers
  - For example, LVDS never reaches rail voltages
- Section 6 checks are conditional
- Pavani: There is an IQ a check for DC I/V and V/T matching
  - Maybe 6.2 could move near that
